3 days, 3 quotes: Day three

Was this tag created by someone specific? I have no clue. But the lovely Girl Who Reads tagged me! Thank you so much! I’m excited for this! See day one here and day two here

“Pink is female – but why? Are girls any more pink than boys? Are boys any more blue than girls? It’s something that has been sold to us, mostly so other things can be sold to us.”

I love this quote. It’s from Two Boys Kissing by David Levithan. It reminds us that color is not suppose to be gendered. Don’t choose to like something simply because society says you have to. This quote reminds me to not let someone define who I am. I am, who I am, because that is who I choose to be. No one else can decide that for me.
