Thoughts on the books I read
I read a lot of sequels in the month of March. I was really disappointed in Every Heart a Doorway. I’m not sure exactly what I was expecting, but I wasn’t fond of the story. It was decent but I felt like there were too many plot holes or something. I adored Witch’s Pyre. Highly recommend Josephine’s Starcrossed trilogy as well. Tiger’s Quest was a reread for me. I loved that book more the second time around. The series is so, so, so good. It was a huge reason I got into tiger’s. It’s one of my favorites. WHY DID IT TAKE ME SO LONG TO READ THRONE OF GLASS!? I told my friend I kind of wanted to read it but wasn’t sure so we read it together and my god was it fantastic. I’ll be writing a review hopefully soon! 🙂
Personal favorite things that happened
- March has been super busy. I got a house and just moved in on April 1st. I had to get everything set up money wise and start packing so I didn’t have time to read or blog. The house is going good so far. I feel like it’s made my boyfriend and I a lot closer because I had a horrible anxiety attack the other day. I’ve also been crying a lot because the new house is flooding so I’m stressed and my boyfriend has been supporting me emotionally. ❤
- On top of the new house, I also had a few interviews in March. AND I GOT THE JOB! It’s a hired Unit Aid position at this rehab place and they pay for you to go to CNA school then after you get your state certification, they hire you in automatically as a CNA 🙂 I’m excited and super nervous because what if I don’t like it?
- I reached 100 followers on my blog! Thank you all so, so, sooo much. I really appreciate you guys liking what I have to say ❤
How as your March been? Sorry I have’t been blogging for almost a month. Life just got hectic and everything happened at once and it all happened so fast. All good things tho :3

Yayyy!!! So glad you loved TOG. You have so much SJ Maas to enjoy!! That’s a same about every Heart a Doorway though- I’ve had my eye on that book for a while and it seemed really unique. What was it that you didn’t like about it?
Also, congrats on the new job! It is awesome that they will pay for your CNA school 🙂

Thank you! And I’m not sure how to explain it. I feel like I didn’t have enough time to get to know the characters and the ending just felt really confusing me for me 😦

CONGRATULATIONS ON REACHING A 100 FOLLOWERS!!!! 💛🙈 Finally someone who has read Tiger’s Quest. I went meh after reading it because, trust me, it has got a lot of diversity problems. I initially gave the first book 4 stars, but then decreased it to 2 as I realised that there were a freaking lot of things that were wrongly depicted and as was the case with the second book, though it was slightly, slightly better than the first. I don’t know if Im going to be continuing with the series, but we’ll see. 👓

I read Throne of Glass a couple years ago and thought it was great too! I still haven’t got round to reading any of the sequels though. 🙂

So far I’m enjoying the sequel to TOG but I’m not in a fantasy mood anymore so it’s taking me forever to read it 😦
